School project. We were to illustrate the cover of a pulp-fiction novel, either real or made-up. I voted for "made-up".

Actually, since they used that retro look as well, this is actually starting to make more sense the more I think of it in that sort of context. I'm still not sure about the 2nd font though. I really like the one you made yourself... hmm... I wonder if you couldn't find some nice texture to overlay and make this look like it actually IS old though. That'd be spiffy.
